To our valued clients,
A little over a week ago,
I injured my knee and tore a ligament. Unfortunately, I re-injured by trying to keep up with the pace and demand of our current work load. I am unable to do any cleanings as a result. In order to avoid rescheduling or cancelling any of our clients, we made a few alternate arrangements to provide the excellent customer service we strive to exceed. I am outlining them below. Our clients are very important to us and we hope you will be pleased with the outcome.
Our final decision for the arrangements was made as the result of getting additional news: About the same time as my injury, I got a call from
HBO indicating they are doing a movie based on the true story of my husband and his injuries in Iraq. They will be here next week to start on the script. This is a continuation of the story seen in the Washington Post, which netted six Pulitzer Prize awards. We hope to bring many positive changes to our service members as a result of our participation in this project.
In order to give the full value and proper service to our clients, I have made alternate arrangements to continue services and I am referring all my clients to a company called “Super Helpers” owned by Jeana Holbert. Super Helpers is a pet-friendly, green cleaning company who specializes in maid services, pet sitting and lawn maintenance. I have known Jeana for quite some time and have full confidence in her abilities to take over our services. She has the structure in place to take on each of our clients and their specific needs. She is more than happy to help make this transition a smooth one. In fact, the staff of Tailored Maid Services will also be moving to her company as well. The added value for you is that the very same maids who have cleaned your home to date will continue servicing your home and house cleaning needs. I am simply passing the baton to Jeana to pick up where I have to leave off.
For any client who has a gift certificate or has prepaid for any cleanings, she will be honoring each of your packages for the full value. If you have any questions about the status of your account, you may reach me at home at 483-0866.
In the meantime, please give Jeana a call at 757-410-1236. Let her know you are a client of Tailored Maid and she will get you on her schedule. She is more than happy to help!
I do apologize if this comes as an inconvenience to anyone. Instead of closing our doors entirely, our goal is to make sure you are left with superior service. Our staff will be continuing the cleanings through Super Helpers so everyone benefits from this arrangement. We hope you find your experience with Tailored Maid has been pleasant. Your business has been greatly appreciated and we look forward to hearing from you if you need any further assistance.
Blessings,
Torrey Shannon
