Initial Home Cleanings: First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives our cleaning team the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home and become familiar with your cleaning needs. Keep in mind, the time to clean your home varies depending on: Size of home Condition of home Pets living inside the home Home equipped with water softener Frequency of cleaning Number of people living in home

Did you know many other services come to you home and assess it for a quote based on your ability to pay? They look at your neighborhood, property value, and household valuables to determine how to bill you.

Let us tell you why we are different: We base our system on a flat rate for each hour worked and tell you how long each cleaning job should take before we start. We do a thorough walkthrough of your home to consider factors that would affect your cleaning time and bill accordingly. This gives you an up-front assessment with no hidden costs, no drawn-out visits, and a way to get on with your day. We strive to give the best possible price so that no client is ever overcharged. YOU pick and choose what your cleaning bill will be. Not us. Isn't that refreshing? For the skeptics who say: "I see ads for cleaners elsewhere who are 'CHEAPER'!" Understand the difference between an independent cleaner and a small, family-owned and operated business. Be aware that many (certainly not all) independent cleaners are often working under the table, putting you at risk with the IRS. What type of service should I choose? For those with a busy lifestyle and need various rotations of routine cleanings or for those looking for just a one-time cleaning, we have the right solution for you! Here are the recommended schedules and the different types of cleaning services we offer:
• Weekly Service: This is great for individuals and families who don't have time for the usual weekly clean but can maintain clutter before our arrival. If organization is an issue, we do offer these services with advanced notice and will book your time accordingly. We pride ourselves in offering solutions to those who need assistance with their busy schedules!
• Bi-Weekly Service: This is wonderful for those who participate in their own weekly maintenance and cleaning of their home, but need additional help and assistance with the less frequent heavy cleanings. This is not meant as the only solution to your housekeeping needs. There is a joint participation of both parties to help keep your home clean and sanitary.
• Monthly Service: This is perfect for people who are very adept at keeping their home clean and organized, but wish to have a deep cleaning done once a month for upkeep. If left unattended, dirt, dust and grime will build up to a degree that will require you to pay for an “initial cleaning” if not maintained in between.
So, let's get to the point: What will this cost? Our cleaning rates are based on the frequency of your cleaning and the type of cleaning chosen. Given the rates of unlicensed and uninsured independent cleaners in the area we are actually less expensive per hour than independent cleaners overall! We include the price of insurance, bonding, background checks, fingerprinting, and professional training as part of our service package and STILL beat the prices of those who don't carry such coverage and security for your home.
